Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit online banking has taken away the hassles associated with being a member of a credit union or having a bank account. No more long queues in the banking halls. No more time wasting waiting to be served by tellers. In short, what you can do at the branch, you can now do at the comfort of your home via your laptop, desktop, tablet or smartphone. What you need is just your username and password if you already have account or to open one if you don’t have an online account yet. Here is a complete login and signup information.
HOW TO LOG IN
To log on to your online bank account, follow these steps:
Step 1- Go to your browser and type https://www.rbfcu.org/ and hit ENTER or click “GO”
Step 2- Enter your password then click on the sign-on button
If you enter the correct credentials, you will be taken to your account dashboard.
N/B: Don’t forget to use the right case when typing your password. Before you start resetting your password, check if you used the right case.
FORGOTTEN PASSWORD / USERNAME
If you have forgotten your password, start as you would to log in and follow these steps:
Step 1- If you forgot your password, click forgot password? link at the bottom of the login area as shown below.
Step 2: Enter your Username and the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number
Your password will be emailed to your email.
Step 3: If you forgot your username, click forgot username? link at the bottom of the login area as shown below.
Step 4: Enter your Account number and the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number
Your username will be sent to you via email.
HOW TO ENROLL
For customers who already have a bank account with RBFCU, online banking is easy to open and activate. Simply follow the instructions below:
Step 1- In the main page, click the link that reads “First time user? Sign Up”. look at the arrow shown below. That is where you should click.
Step 2- In the next page, enter your member number and the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number
Step 3- In the next page, fill in your details and complete the registration form.
