Gap shoppers can verify their upcoming discounts and their rewards by enrolling to Gap’s credit card online account. Card members receive multiple rewards when using their credit cards but now by enrolling they can track their card’s activity, their rewards, and any additional benefits. To learn how to enroll, log in and renew your password or retrieve your username, follow the guidelines below.
HOW TO LOGIN
Step 1– Open your preferred web browser and enter https://secure-www.gap.com/profile/info.do?cid=1033021
Step 2– At the very top right of the main page, click the button Sign In/ Your Account to see the drop down options. You can also select the link Log In under the Manage your Accounts section.
Step 3- In the Sign In box, enter your User ID and password and click Sign In.
If you have entered your login credentials correctly, you will be able to access your Gap online account.
FORGOT YOUR USER ID?
If you have forgotten your password, no worries! Follow these simple steps to create a new password:
Step 1- In the same Sign In box, select the link that reads Look up User IDunderneath the User ID entry field.Step 2- To retrieve your information, enter your credit card account’s number and the last four digits of your Social Security number.
Follow any additional steps required by Gap’s website to retrieve your User ID and log into your Gap online account.
HOW TO ENROLL
To learn how to enroll, start as you would the other two processes above:
Step 1- Under the Sign In box, click the link that reads Register & Activate. Step 2- Enter your credit card account number and click Continue.
You will be required to complete four additional steps, including validating your identity, selecting security questions, selecting an image for your profile and an account summary before you confirm the creation of your new account.
