How to login –
Step-1 – Visit the WesBanco Bank Website homepage and locate the Online Banking Login section on the top-left of the screen, below the Bank Logo.
Step-2 – Enter your Access Id and Passcode and click on Login.
Forgot Passcode – In case you Forgot your Password, click on to ‘Forgot your passcode’ right below to Login button on the Homepage. You will be directed to a 4 stage password reset process. Enter the required details and follow the instructions. Click on Submit. Alternatively contact the customer service department ((800) 905-9043) and inform a bank associate about your problem.
How to Enroll –
Step-1 – Locate New Consumer Enroll link below the Login Button in the Online Banking Login section on the Homepage, and click on to it . You will be redirected to a new page.
Step-2 – In the following page, accept the Agreement and click on I Agree. Do the same for the disclosure on the next page.
Step-3 – Chose one of the two options from Primary or Joint account holders. Fill up the enrollment form and click on Continue to proceed to step 2/3.
